What You'll Need
Before starting, you'll need these 3 things from Yotpo:

| App Key | Your Yotpo API identifier |
| Secret Key | Your Yotpo API secret |
| List ID | The ID of the list to sync subscribers to |
Quick Setup
Get Your API Credentials
Log in to Yotpo SMS & Email.
- Click the Settings menu (top right)
- Select Account Settings
- Click General Settings on the left
- Scroll down to API Credentials
- Copy the App Key
- Click Get secret key and follow the steps
- Save both keys
Create a List and Get the List ID
In Yotpo SMS & Email:
- Click Audience in the left menu
- Click Lists & Segments
- Click Create list or segment (top right)
- Select Type: List
- Enter a name (e.g., "Subscribfy List")
- Click Create
- Click View next to your new list
- Copy the number from the URL — this is your List ID
The List ID is the number at the end of the URL when viewing a list. For example, if the URL is /lists/12345, your List ID is 12345.
Connect in Subscribfy
Go to Subscribfy → Integrations.
- Find Yotpo SMS & Email
- Click Enable
- Enter your App Key
- Enter your Secret Key
- Enter your List ID
- Click Save
Tip: Test by creating a test subscription and checking if the customer appears in your Yotpo list.
What Gets Synced
